${name}

Dr. Jennifer McCutchon is a valued veterinarian at Bonds Ranch Animal Medical Center.

Dr. Jennifer McCutchon felt drawn to becoming a veterinarian and her favorite part is seeing the impact of the human-animal bond. "It is great to see how much trust, love, and enrichment an animal can bring to a family and the bond they have with their owner." After completing of Veterinary School at Texas A&M (2011), it was her own pet of 16 years, "Sunny", that shaped her practice philosophy. "She helped me better understand the bond people have with their pet and just how big a part of the family they can be." Dr. McCutchon still helps clients through difficult situations by asking if this were Sunny, how would I want it handled? With that, she has guided clients through the fun of raising puppies and kittens as well as the complicated medical issues of older pets.

Dr. McCutchon enjoys seeing both dogs and cats, but has an affinity for cats and loves to see them on her schedule. She has a special interest in feline medicine, geriatric medicine, abdominal ultrasound, internal medicine, and dentistry. She enjoys working through complicated internal medicine cases and managing patients with multiple problems. "I definitely have a soft spot for my geriatric patients and love helping them get the most out of their senior years. My goal is to help my clients make the best and most informed decisions for their pet's health care to help them live their best life." Dr. McCutchon practices Fear Free techniques and has completed Cat-Friendly Veterinary training to make your pet's visit a happy one. She loves getting to work with dogs and cats all day.

Dr. McCutchon enjoys gardening and spending time outdoors with her husband, two kids, and cats, "Midnight" and "Button".
